Chinese Menus

Chinese menus offer a wide variety of food.With a long history, unique features, numerous styles and exquisite cooking, Chinese cuisine is one important constituent part of Chinese culture. Chinese traditional dishes are famous for color, aroma, taste, meaning and appearance. 
                                         
    
In China, it is common to have as many dishes on the table as there are persons around it.

If there are five people sitting at the table, they should select five dishes. For example, three vegetable dishes and two meat dishes.

When it comes to entrees, appetizers, desserts, and beverages, it is all optional. The following are the  most popular dishes among foreigners and Chinese. These dishes are available in most large restaurants in China. For convenience ordering, we also give their Chinese names.

  • Hotpot
  • Sichuan pork
  • Dumplings
  • Chow mein
  • Kung pao chicken and many more.
      Chinese food has wide variety because they use veg and non-veg both.
