When you sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and begin to observe your breathing it can be called Meditation. In this activity you simply focus on your breath and give a relaxation to mind and body. Meditation seems boring and useless but when you start doing it and practicing for some month you realize the actual benefit of meditation.
Sometimes we feel too much disturb, we think that things are not going on right track, we become exhausted, we loss all the hope, in this situation meditation and yoga can help us to let out from the stress.
Meditation is the tool to renew our heart, mind, body and soul. It gives us a positive energy. It controls our thought process and give calmness to our mind. we should make this a habit to practice yoga and meditation daily because of amazing benefits of it.
